It looks like the Big Brother house could be getting it’s biggest upgrade ever, well since it’s relocation from Bow back in 2002.
Plans have been submitted to Hertsmere Borough Council to extend the existing set into the eviction area, adding 700 metres to the existing house.
The extension would also see the addition of a new garden and pool area, which has caused speculation that a second house twist could be implemented in the upcoming series.
Under the proposed plans the eye stage would be scraped and replaced, as Endemol note that the present set is “unsuitable for use in bad weather conditions”.
Bosses are hoping that the plans will be approved by March 17th so construction can get on the way for in time for the upcoming civilian series, which is slated to start in May or June.
